Cirrus Group (Daycare Works) Supports the Rochester Community Schools Foundation’s Annual Hometown Hustle Event
Cirrus Group LLC, based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, is pleased to announce their sponsorship in support of the 10th annual Rochester 5K Hometown Hustle. The Hometown Hustle is the signature fundraising event for the Rochester Community Schools Foundation and is scheduled for the morning of Saturday, May 9, 2015. “We are proud to be back for our fourth year in support of the Rochester School District and the Rochester Community Schools Foundation through our sponsorship, and participation in the Hometown Hustle Run/Walk.” said, Christine Garrett, Chief Executive Officer for Cirrus Group LLC and Daycare Works. “The Rochester community’s commitment to fostering a positive educational environment is a primary reason we moved our business to the Rochester area in 2010. About the Rochester Community Schools Foundation
The Foundation was established in 1995 to provide financial support for academics, athletics and activities. Since its inception, the Rochester Community Schools Foundation has raised over $6 million in contributions from individuals, organizations, businesses and other Foundations. Twice a year, the Foundation approves grant distributions to support the work of Rochester Community Schools teachers and staff members. The Rochester Community Schools District encompasses almost 14,800 students enrolled in 22 schools across Rochester, Rochester Hills and Oakland Township. The district includes 13 elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools, one adult education school and one alternative high school. The district offers a pre-school and pre-K program, as well as before- and after-school care at the elementary and middle schools.
